To experience Lent deeply, I designed a journal to fill out this year. Nothing too demanding: a few lines, even a few words, twice 5 minutes a day... for a certain transformation of the heart. A sentence from the day's Gospel > an intention > a review in the evening. Every 10 days, a page allows you to gather the graces received.
I believe very deeply in this approach. And it is you, by filling out the journal, who will make it perfectly tailored to yourself.
This is the Journal-only version, without jewelry. I strongly believe in the virtue of jewelry, a bracelet or medal, to remind us of our commitment, this year, but this will leave you with the choice.

Lent begins on Wednesday, February 18th, and ends on Holy Saturday, April 4th. However, it is possible to start at any time because it is never too late to... be loved and receive the graces that await us.
