Pursuant to Article L121-20 of the Consumer Code, the buyer has a period of fourteen working days from the delivery of their order to exercise their right of withdrawal and thus return the product to the seller for exchange or refund without penalty, except for return fees.
For all returns made under this right of withdrawal, we recommend following the procedure below:
The Customer must contact Fleur Nabert Créations via the contact form provided on the website, specifying the reason, name, order number, and return tracking number.
Fleur Nabert Créations recommends that customers return their products:
in packaging of identical qualityto the original shipping packaging to prevent damage (damaged products will not be accepted for returns)
and via a tracked shipment to locate this return (or registered mail, or, if they wish, with additional insurance to guarantee, where applicable, compensation for products up to their actual market value in the event of theft or loss of the goods.

In all cases, returns are at the Buyer's own risk. The Buyer must retain all proof of return. Returned products must be intact, in perfect resellable condition, in their original packaging. They must not have been worn or used, nor have sustained any damage, no matter how minor, and must be perfectly clean. Any damaged or incomplete product will not be eligible for a refund or exchange.
Upon receipt of the shipment, we will inspect the condition of the jewelry to be exchanged before proceeding with the exchange or refund.
This right of withdrawal may be exercised without penalty, except for shipping costs which remain the responsibility of the Buyer. The Customer may also request a refund of the sums paid. Refunds do not include shipping fees or return fees.
In the event of an error attributable to Fleur Nabert Créations (defective item or order preparation error), Fleur Nabert Créations will refund the return shipping costs for the item.
Under no circumstances will you be issued an electronic credit usable on the website https://fleurnabertcreations.com/ and the website will not issue store credit to be used at a third-party retailer. We do not offer refunds, even partial ones, if the product in question was a gift received by you.
The company Fleur Nabert Créations has sole discretion to determine whether products are in their original condition when returned to https://fleurnabertcreations.com/
