For order tracking: 

- A  tracking link will be sent to you by email as soon as we have shipped your package; clicking on it will show you exactly where your parcel is ;-)

- For any other tracking-related questions, you can write to us via the form, including your name and order number if applicable (please do not use social media, as usernames can make it hard to properly understand names.) 

- Or, if you need to send an attachment, such as a photo, please write to the address contact@fleurnabertcreations.com

We will respond to you as best we can given our availability within 24 to 48 hours. 

For a question urgent, the workshop can be reached by phone at 01 75 84 39 33 from Monday to Friday, 9am to 5:30pm.
