“We, little fishes, are born in water according to our Fish, Jesus Christ.” - Tertullian
✨ From the fish of the early Christians to today's joy
Early Christians drew *ichtus*, or fish, on the walls of Rome. This discreet sign was an acronym meaning: "Jesus Christ, Son of God, Savior."
I wanted to revive this symbol of deep belonging, but to do so with a sunny and playful smile. These colorful little fish delight my eyes. I've adorned them with a cross, at the heart of which sparkles a star. It's the one that guided the magi over the stable in Bethlehem, to the humble manger where the world changed forever. I believe that the best way to bear witness to our faith is to express all its joy. It is light, love, and trust. So this summer, I hope to see this ancient sign in the necklines of our dresses and blouses. It tells the world that our souls resonate with the same words of life.
I also hope that the pretty little fish will attract younger people and immerse them in their roots.
