I wanted to create a virgin of tenderness. We do not doubt for a moment the gentleness of this mother. But I also wanted to show the tenderness of the child Jesus for her. This is how he gently places his hand on her cheek. It is the simple maternal and filial love of the earth, it is the infinite love of God for men.

It is a hand-sculpted and thermoformed piece in glass at over 800 degrees. I worked it with colored glass powders that melted into the material. It is double-sided. One side is in relief, the other is smooth and shiny.


 It is sent in a special protected box and delivered with a plexiglass support which allows it to stand upright, as well as a certificate of authenticity of the work.

Its small size allows it to be placed on a desk.

The glass icons are gilded on demand, which is a long and meticulous job. It takes 3 to 6 working days depending on the period before shipping. Then I send them in a padded package by colissimo.
