In this piece of jewelry, I wanted to recapture the light from the August 15 processions of my childhood: the Virgin carried on the waves and the bright yellow of marigolds scattered across the sea. It holds the scent of that Mediterranean I love—its spontaneous fervor, its bell towers, and its sun. Terrazzo is, to me, an invitation to choose joy and let the light in.

At the center of a medallion in orange, yellow, and white tones, reminiscent of the Italian terrazzo technique—the use of colored stone fragments—appears the Miraculous Medal of Rue du Bac. This large piece of jewelry will look particularly striking worn as a simple or double-strand sautoir on the double-strand Saint Blandine chain. It can be paired with the Terrazzo earrings to create a matching set. This creation comes with a scented card featuring a spiritual quote, which can be kept as a bookmark.
