To me, it is a Teresian ring; the central diamond represents sparkling love, and the rose border evokes a crown of thorns that has blossomed.

Hypoallergenic 304 gold-plated stainless steel ring.
Open at the back and adjustable, fits sizes 52 to 60.
The cabochon measures 8 mm wide, and the band of the ring measures 1.2 cm at its widest point. Cabochon made of real rose petals, polished 3 mm, and resin.
