To make your choice easier, we are pleased to extend our return and exchange periods until January 15, 2026. Are you hesitating between a medal size or a chain size? No problem, we'll welcome your requests with open arms in early January. We're the same, we need to know that we can change our minds and that our gift will hit the mark ;-)

To ensure timely delivery, please order icons before January 9 and jewelry before December 15 at noon. ⏰ 

And as of December 1, 2025, we'll be activating our "NOT PRETTY ENVELOPE strategy" ☺️ because, all year round, we use pretty envelopes in all colors. But in this period of heightened theft, we're going "under cover": you'll receive your pretty envelope... but hidden in an ordinary kraft envelope. You'll never know! We also recommend the Chrono Relay service, which takes the worry out of delivery. 

We hope you have a wonderful time choosing creations that will touch your loved ones. A word of advice: let your heart speak, it's the best way to reach other people's hearts and, in so doing, give something that goes far beyond the material gift 💕 Don't forget that we also offer to calligraphy a sweet word if you send the gift directly.
