I don't know about you, but there are times when I feel overwhelmed on all sides. Especially at the start of the school year. The long-awaited vacations are over, and the mental workload is back in full force. You've got moments ahead of you that you don't know how you're going to get through. In this case, the easiest thing to do is to hold on by force. But is that the most effective? You end up tensing up, tensing up, hardening up, and that's not the best engine to work with. The resource that has no limits, and enables us to triumph over everything, is love. Try doing the same action, with effort or with love, and watch the outcome be entirely different. Love is flexible, tender, patient, persevering, philosophical. I've created this bracelet to remind us several times a day, through this little incandescent heart, what is the right motor to activate within us. Nothing by force, everything by love. I really believe in it, to the point of engraving it by hand, one by one, on the back of these bracelets, as the most effective secret I know for living!
