To experience Lent in depth, this year I have designed a journal to fill out. Nothing too demanding: just a few lines, even a few words, twice a day for five minutes... for a certain transformation of the heart. A sentence from the Gospel of the day > an intention > a re-reading in the evening. Every 10 days, a page allows you to gather the graces you have received.
I believe very deeply in this approach. And it is you, by filling in the journal, who will make it perfectly suited to yourself.
This is the Journal-only version, without jewelry. I strongly believe in the virtue of jewelry, bracelets, or medals to remind us of our commitment this year, but this will leave you with a choice.

Lent begins on Wednesday, February 18, and ends on Holy Saturday, April 4. However, it is possible to begin at any time because it is never too late to... be loved and receive the graces that await us.
