The desire to create jewelry came to me while looking at my large collection of costume earrings: all colors, all shapes, but no meaning anywhere. A big box, but also a big void.
So I have given myself the avowed goal of ALWAYS putting meaning into my jewelry. Thus, each creation, in addition to matching an outfit, as a wedding ring or by contrast, "says" something. This message it whispers to us throughout the days, and sometimes if we wish it also says it to those around us.
This jewel of meaning also becomes an adjuvant. You can choose each day the jewel that will help you, that you will need in a particular situation: the comfort of Mary, the strength of the Holy Spirit, the radiant presence of the Eucharist or a more discreet, more personal symbol that one can carry in the world and in the secret of one's heart.
This is the case with these "soft light" earrings. Large, very "fashionable" earrings, with a palette of warm tones, each one more delicious than the last, and at the very top a cross whose golden glow sparkles. Faith for me is like this cross, it does not change all the realities of life but it illuminates them like a star in the sky. It gives them another taste, another depth. So I wear these earrings with the feeling of this depth that the words of Christian Bobin translate so well: Time spent in love is not time, but light.
The Chocolate earrings consist of a pair of quadrilobed cross stud earrings. Made of slightly shimmering chocolate-coloured resin and mica, they contain a brass cross as an inclusion. Two large rings in opaque chocolate resin with fine beige marbling effects complete the pair.
These earrings are not adaptable to clips. The ear studs are made of anti-allergic stainless steel and come with a butterfly clasp and a silicone stopper, it is advisable to wear the two together.

Weight: personally I hate heavy earrings that feel like an anvil at the end of my earlobe. I make sure that each of my models remains featherweight. Here each earring weighs barely 3.5 g which makes them very easy to wear without any discomfort throughout the day despite their beautiful size.
