I like the image of the Virgin crowned with twelve stars. I have already made it as an icon. But I wanted to make it as a jewel as well. It was a small feat: working with very fine diamonds AND allowing the back of the medal to always be visible. It is a long and complex jewel to make (which explains its slightly higher price.) But its light and its Marian majesty delight me.
The medal comes in three sizes as you see in the photo. Here is the MEDIUM 20mm version (in the middle of the photo with the three), worn on the Elisabeth chain It also exists in Mini 16 mm worn on the Jeanne chain and large 25 mm radiant, worn on the Sainte Thérèse chain .
