I don't know about you, but there are times when I feel overwhelmed on all sides. Especially when school starts again. The long-awaited holidays are already over when we needed this break so much, the mental load is back at full power. We have moments ahead of us that we don't know how we're going to get through. In this case, the easiest thing is to hold on by force. But is it the most effective? We end up tensing up, getting tense, getting hard. However, this is not the best of engines. The resource that has no limits, and allows us to triumph over everything, is love. We can do the same action in effort, or in love, and it has nothing to do with it. Love is flexible, tender, patient, persevering, philosophical. I created this bracelet to remind us several times a day, through this little incandescent heart, what is the right engine to activate in us. Nothing by force, everything by love.
