La médaille de Carême a rencontré un succès fou. Les derniers exemplaires sont disponibles.

Le Carême est un voyage intérieur. En allant au désert, suivre le Christ 40 jours, nous sommes invités à une méharée en nous même.

To make this time fruitful, I have designed a spiritual duo: an artistic medal and a Lenten journal.

The medal is a small embossed sculpture of the desert: a copper sheet carved in relief representing the undulations of desert sand. In the center, a small luminous cross shines, crossed by a sparkling breath. On the back of the medal, the name of Christ is engraved by hand in Aramaic, a word that is both powerful and discreet, like a secret. Every time you look at the warm light of this medal, you will remember that God is waiting for you.

But this year, I wanted to go much further. So I designed a journal for you to fill out. Nothing too demanding: just two 5-minute sessions a day... for a sure transformation of the heart. A sentence from the Gospel of the day > an intention > a re-reading in the evening. Every 10 days, we gather together the graces we have received.

I believe very deeply in this approach.
And it is you, by filling in the journal, who will make it perfectly suited to yourself.

Have a good trip, beautiful Lent!

This year, the Lent jewelry is available as a medal or bracelet here.

Both come with the 2026 journal.

Lent begins on Wednesday, February 18 and ends on Holy Saturday, April 4.
To receive your jewelry and journal before Lent, order before February 13.
However, it is possible to start at any time because it is never too late to... be loved and receive the graces that await us.

Medal made of stainless steel, copper, and resin.
