Giving birth to stars
The decisive moments of creation unfold in the crumpled early mornings of effort, sometimes of exhaustion. In a tireless pursuit that refuses to be deterred by failures, by glasses breaking in the heat of the kiln, by colors clashing with each other. Creation unfolds in a trajectory of absolute fidelity between a vision and its realization. The point where the former and the latter converge is a point of birth. Like the birth of a star. I go from star to star, with an insatiable hunger and all my strength for fire.
