I created this medal with two words in mind: belonging and gratitude. Scouting leaves a mark on the soul—of nature, generosity, faith, and freedom. I wanted a piece of jewelry to say thank you to those who help others grow, but also to remember everything we have been given. Always a Scout!

From sculpture to jewelry
UNIQUE EXPERTISE
For over twenty years, I have worked with clay, wax, bronze, wood, glass, and gold on a very large scale. I have miniaturized all of this expertise into jewelry, with the same sense of spatial arrangement. A sculpture needs empty space around it to sing; a piece of jewelry is a dialogue between an outer form and the treasure it contains.
