A NOTE FROM THE DESIGNER
I created this medal with two words in mind: belonging and gratitude. Scouting is very dear to me, as it leaves a mark on the soul: nature, faith, and freedom. I wanted a piece of jewelry to say thank you to those who help others grow with generosity, and also to remember everything we have received. Scout always!

Designed for scout leaders (both men and women) and all those whose journey is still marked by scouting, this medal can mark the end of a leadership term, a promise, a commitment, or the end of a scout year. It preserves memories of camps, evening gatherings, songs, friendships, and service rendered. This creation is sent in a flowered organza pouch. It comes with a scented card featuring a spiritual quote, designed to be kept as a bookmark.
16 mm diameter gold-filled circle: high-quality gold plating. Midnight blue mica. Red Agse cross, yellow fleur-de-lis. Resin.

From sculpture to jewelry
For over twenty years, I have worked with clay, wax, bronze, wood, glass, and gold on a very large scale. I have miniaturized all of this expertise into jewelry, with the same sense of spatial arrangement. A sculpture needs empty space around it to sing; a piece of jewelry is a dialogue between an outer form and the treasure it contains.
Giving a gift is a gesture of love.
