A unique work of art
The eucharistic sun that illuminates the house
A prayer corner that takes on a whole new dimension
LE MOT DE LA CRÉATRICE
As an artist, I would not have an entire lifetime enough to describe the fire of the Eucharist that illuminates without burning, that warms without judging our weaknesses, that is the silent center of life, the peak of love without possession, the infinite gift and nourishment. I explore its representation with passion, in the beauty of glass and gold.

Fleur Nabert has been creating complete interior designs for churches for 25 years, including liturgical furniture, sculptures, and stained glass windows. During a large stained glass project, she had the idea of bringing the magic of glass into homes, to decorate a prayer corner, an office, and give them the power of a true work of art. This icon is made of thermoformed glass: the artist sculpts the design in a plaster bed, then places a piece of glass on it, which is baked at 800° for 24 hours. It is made at the Loire workshops in Chartres. It is then enhanced with 24-carat gold leaf. Each piece is signed by diamond-point engraving and delivered in a protective box with a Plexiglas stand and an explanatory card. Gilding is done on demand and takes 6 working days to complete.

<<The Eucharist is the sun of my life. - Saint Pierre-Julien Eymard>>
