I don't know about you, but there are times when I feel overwhelmed on all sides. Especially at the start of the new school year. The long-awaited vacations are over, and the mental load is back in full force. You've got moments ahead of you that you don't know how you're going to get through. In this case, the easiest thing to do is to hold on by force. But is that the most effective? You end up tensing up, tensing up, hardening up. But that's not the best engine. The resource that has no limits, and enables us to triumph over everything, is love. You can do the same action with effort, or with love, and it's got nothing to do with it. Love is flexible, tender, patient, persevering, philosophical.
